The department of Production Engineering was established in 1985 with an intake of 30 seats and 30 seats were enhanced in SFI Program in 2012. The program was accredited by NBA in Jan 2013 for 5 years.
The department has state-of-art laboratories in the field of CAD-CAM/Material Science/Metal Casting & Joining and Advanced Metrology as regards to infrastructural facilities.
The department has organized several training programmes in the field of GD & T, Project Management & Manufacturing Process Modeling & Simulation.
